I understand that sometimes life can gets busy and you may not be able to make it to your appointment. However, to make my small business viable I have to be given enough time to fill appointments that are cancelled. Therefore, I kindly ask that you notify me prior to 24 hours if you need to move, cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours of notice will result in your card being charged 50% of booked service amount. No-shows will be charged in full 100% of booked service amount; you will be considered a “no show” if you don’t show up within fifteen minutes of your appointment start time.
